Background

I was born in Klawer, Namaqualand, South Africa, where my early life was marked by a love for exploration and a deep curiosity about life’s mysteries.

At age ten, I began practising yoga, experiencing moments of joy and insight that would shape my outlook on life. By twelve, I embraced the thrill of the flying trapeze, training as a catcher and discovering the art of blending physical skill with inner harmony.

At sixteen, my adventurous spirit led me to leave South Africa and tour Europe with a circus, where I developed a fascination with the diverse cultures, traditions, and life perspectives I encountered along the way.

My lifelong pursuit of meaning has included studying Taoism, yoga, and Tibetan Buddhism, always seeking the “secret knowledge” that connects one to the life source.

Throughout my journey, I have embraced the joy of life, allowing this spirit to infuse my studies, experiences, and every pursuit.

Teaching alongside my beloved wife, Charlotte, for many years, I has also shared my love for meditation.

Our practice has been deeply inspired by the teachings of Bob Moore, whose work profoundly influenced our approach.

From these diverse teachings, I have created an easy-to-understand and easy-to-use method for experiencing flow and the joy of life — an approach everyone can use.

My work invites others to connect with their own sources of joy and insight, making the experience of flow accessible to all.

Enjoy!
